In addition to writing here, I have had the opportunity to do some writing/curation through an internship with The Gospel Coalition. I have also been published a few time on For The Church and RELEVANT Magazine. It's a preiveledge to write and an even greater honor to have my work read.

Writing For You

Thanks for your interest in my writing. I enjoy writing for various publications, and welcome your inquiry for guest blogging and articles.

Please make yourself conversent with nickharsh.com, peruse through the articles and utilize the categories. If there's something you would like to use for your blog or publication, please email me and we can talk!

If you would like me to write for your blog or publication, please email me about that as well—I'd love to talk with you, hear your ideas, and see if I can make it work.

I always enjoy reading the work of other writers and bloggers. Let me tell you a lesser known fact about most writers:

We're terrible editors. Seriously! We're proficient at getting words out there, but not very good pulling them back. Douglas Wilson says, “The quality of what you keep will be directly proportional to how much you are willing to throw away.” E.B. White, author of Elements of Style, and yes, Charlotte's Web, once said: “Omit needless words.” And, C.S. Lewis said. “The way for a person to develop a style is to know exactly what he wants to say, and to be sure he is saying exactly that.” I'll tell you the best secret of good editing I know: obey these men. Scrutinize your writing. Be on the lookout for unnecessary words; you might be surprised at how tight this will make your final piece.

That said, if you send me your writing, I'll read it — really. I might not be able to get back to you with my thoughts, but I will read it!
